Q. 1For How much time my Passport is Valid?

A Valid passport is of 6 months validity from the date of your departing, last day date of the last visiting country. It is necessary to have blank pages on your passport. You will need atleast two pages for each destination that your visiting. It is suggested to carry your old passports along with you. Also take a photocopy of your passport with you on the Trip. Please do not forget to collect your passport at any given point of time. In case of lost passport in foreign destination during your tour immediately report to local police station & submit FIR to Indian embassy. Tour will be not kept on hold. You should keep FIR for new passport in India.

Q. 2For how much time my Visas is Valid?

Visa means visitor intending to stay abroad. All the necessary visas cover the actual date of travel, indicating passport number, and passenger name. If you have applied for Online visa you will get a printout and it is important to carry this paper with you at all times till you are back to your home country. All passengers are requested to verify their photograph, passport number, passport validity & valid date on the visas. It is always advisable to carry two photographs with you.

Q. 3For how much time my Ticket is Valid?

You should carry valid ticket of traveling with printout, wherein each sector are confirmed & the sector you are traveling now as reconfirmed (RR). For the Joining Direct passengers, they will have to reconfirm their tickets on their own. Also, for the passengers who will not be returning back along with the group or those who have deviation will have to reconfirm the tickets on their own. Please make sure that you have a confirmed return date, plus you should be able to justify the number of dates stay with the itinerary. Please note that most of the tickets are E-Tickets. Your valid ticket should be matching with your stay. If you are staying with your relatives after the tour, please carry their details. Meal Request: Check your meal request in your ticket. Baby Basinet Or Infant: Wheel Chair Request Or Special Service Request: Before Issuing your any airline ticket please make sure cross check with our ticketing or tour department staff for special services. For wheel chair request airline will confirm wheel chair service before 24 hours of your departure date. You must carry authorized doctor letter for special services.

Q. 4Do I have to take Travel Insurance?

Travel Insurance is advisable. If you fall ill or meet with some problem, medical treatments in the foreign countries are very expensive. Insurance will be very useful at that time.

Q. 5What is the Reporting Time to the airport for the flight?

Minimum 3 hours before the flight departure time, you have to reach the airline check in counter. For domestic Minimum 2 hours before the flight departure time.

Q. 6What is an e-ticket?

An electronic ticket or e-ticket is a paperless electronic document with a unique confirmation number that replaces the hassles of a printed paper ticket. When you purchase an e-ticket, we email it to you within 30 minutes of your booking. You need to print and carry it, along with a valid photo ID, to the airline counter while checking-in.

Q. 7Does Adiman’s Travels allow me to book tickets for infants?

Yes, we allow you to book tickets for babies under the age of two i.e. 24 months. However, you need to carry a valid proof of their age while checking-in. Of course, the baby needs to be accompanied by an individual over the age of 18. We permit flight booking of only one infant per adult. This includes both outbound and return journeys. If the infant is 24 months or above during the return journey, you need to make a separate booking using child fare.

Q. 8How do I know my ticket is booked?

We will send you an SMS as well as email confirming your flight ticket booking. In case the payment is captured and you haven’t received the ticket copy, kindly call or email the customer support agent to confirm whether the ticket has been issued or not.

Q. 9Do I need to confirm my flight reservation before I travel?

No, you don’t. However, if you really want to, then you can write to our Customer Support Team at reservations@adimanstravels.com or contact the airline directly.

Q. 10How do I confirm my seat assignments?

We do pre-book seats, but some airlines confirm your seat assignments. Their rules for doing so vary. You can directly call the airline to check whether or not you can choose your seat.

Q. 11How do I get my ticket details?

We share the e-ticket details on the email address you provided during reservation.

Q. 12How do I get a boarding pass for a ticket?

Your boarding pass will be issued by the airline, when you check-in online or at the airport. Web check-in can be done before 24 to 48 hours of your departure (varies from airline to airline). To check-in online, you need to share a 6-digit airline confirmation code (PNR) that is available in your itinerary. You can also get a boarding pass from a check-in kiosk or the ticketing agent when you arrive at the airport.

Q. 13What if my e-ticket is lost?

If this happens, email us immediately and we’ll share a copy of your e-ticket instantly. You can also visit the airport counter of the concerned airline and request for an e-ticket copy which might incur some cost. In case you are not permitted to enter the airport, we can SMS your PNR on your registered mobile number, which you can show to allow  yourself in. However, this facility differs from airport to airport (not all airport will permit entry with the SMS).

Q. 14How do I cancel a flight reservation?

You need to send us an email on reservations@adimanstravels.com to cancel your flight reservations. We permit ticket cancellation prior to your flight, but the cancellation policies differ from airline to airline.

Q. 15How to find out the cancellation charges?

Each airline has a different cancellation policy. The charges depend on the airline, sector, class of booking and time of cancellation. To know what all applies to your case, check the fare rules mentioned on the booking page when you’re making your reservation. Penalties, refund application fee and GST may be applicable, depending on the airline. You can also email us at reservations@adimanstravels.com.

Q. 16When do I get my refund after a cancellation?

The refund is processed within 7 working days of cancellation. However, for the amount to reflect in your bank or credit card account will depend on the time taken by your bank thereafter.

Q. 17I still haven’t received my refund. What do I do?

We’re extremely sorry to hear that. Usually it takes 7-8 working days for the refund to process and reach your bank account. However, if you still haven’t received the refund, drop us an email at reservations@adimanstravels.com and our representatives will get back to you at the earliest.

Q. 18What is an amendment?

An amendment is an alternate word for a change/rescheduling in your travel plan. You can change the date or time or both of your tickets. You can also change the sector(s) on which you’re already booked. For instance, if you’re booked on a flight from Mumbai to New Delhi, you can change your destination to Bangalore, only for some airlines.

Q. 19How do I make changes to a flight reservation?

Q. 20How much does it cost to make an amendment?

All amendments come at a fee that varies from airline to airline. We will collect these charges from you when we make changes to your travel plans. We’ll also collect the difference in fare, if any applicable during the amendment is made. Service fee will also be applicable per booking.

Q. 21How do I get my ticket/s after an amendment?

We’ll email your amended ticket/s within 60 minutes of making the change on the email address you used for the original booking.

Q. 22Can I cancel my tickets after an amendment?

Yes, you’ll have to call our customer support to cancel amended tickets. For more, refer to our cancellation policy.
